2011/12 Winter Selective Entry (IID IAD): Individual Registration
Registration for IID IAD closes at midnight on Wednesday October 5, 2011. Individuals are selected based on skill level. Candidates may be requested by the league coordinators to attend an evaluation session. Successful candidates will be placed on a team in the IID or IAD league. See the IID/IAD registration post at Adult Selective Entry League (IID IAD) for a complete description of this program including details regarding evaluations and the terms and conditions of the selective leagues.
Registration Fee: $280 (includes HST) until October 3, 2011; $308 (includes HST) after October 3, 2011.
Payment must be received at the OCUA office by October 3rd or late fees will apply. All payments must be received by October 11th. Cheques may be post-dated until October 17th.
Cheques from successful candidates will be cashed after selections are made. Cheques from unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed and email transfers from unsuccessful candidates will be refunded.
