Spring Sunday 4x4 League: Team Entry Only

Registration for teams playing once per week in Sunday Spring 4x4 League at Ben Franklin Dome. See Sunday Spring 4x4 for a complete description of this league.

Individuals who register teams must be designated as team captains on a spring team in Leaguerunner and are responsible for recruitment of all team members and the payment of the team fee. If you are registering a new spring team, you must Create the Team in Leaguerunner before continuing with this registration. Do not register an existing Leaguerunner summer/fall/winter team for spring league. You must create a spring team specifically for spring league. Note that full team rosters are not required to be listed in Leaguerunner until 2 weeks prior to your first scheduled game.

Registration Fee:$650.00/team (HST included) until February 7, 2013; $715.00/team after February 7th.

Cheques should be made out to Ottawa Carleton Ultimate Association. E-transfers are accepted at moneytransfer@ocua.ca. Payment is due immediately for registration to be confirmed and must be received at the OCUA office by February 7th or late fees will apply.
