Fr'Equinox:

4/3 Co-ed Ultimate Tournament
September 23-24, 2000
Ottawa, Ontario

Fr'equinox - A celebration of the continuing cycle of the
wheel of life fittingly embodied by the disc we hold so dear.
The Fall Equinox is the time of the pagan harvest festival
and the witch's thanksgiving, and the Fr'equinox is a
celebration of the Autumn Equinox for frisbee freaks.
A time to find a sense of balance in your life as Ultimate
wanes with the waxing nights give thanks to your body for
getting you through another year of Ultimate … take part in
one more co-ed tournament before the summer ends.

Come join us at - Fr'equinox - a fabulous festival of
foolishness, fun, frivolity and frisbee.

The festivities will start on the fields and continue at the
Duke of Somerset (corner of Somerset and Bank) where "Bubbles
Cash & the Swingers", featuring Sal, will be playing. Those
from Ottawa know Sal, an ulty player; and those from elsewhere
will get to know her.  It'll be a great party.

Fr'equinox fees will be $200.00Cdn.  This gets you two days
of playing, standard tournament fare (bagels, fruit, etc.) and

Next update will be September 8th - Tournament Directors (and
a motley crew of other Ottawa freaks) are off to a huge
festival of foolishness, fun, and frivolity (amongst lots of
