women's skills clinic.

perfecting your throws and learning new cutting techniques.
The intermediate level will get into more details about
strategic offence, how to be the best defensive player,
break-force throws, strategies on zone, and tips for the
perfect layout.
Check with the OCUA hotline: 860-OCUA (860-6282) and
Stella's web-page (http://www.ocua.ca/competitive/Stella)
for any changes to the location or times of the clinic.
Feel free to pass along the information. Everyone is
welcome!!!!! Even if you've come to clinics in the past,
it's always helpful to touch up on skills and see new
techniques we're showing this year.
