LEAGUE FEES STILL MISSING:

For various reasons, the following teams still owe the
league all or part of their team fees.

Teams on the list should contact their Divisional Co-ordinator
before July 1 to settle the amount still owing.

SALUTE YOUR COUNTRY IN ULTIMATE STYLE (yet another party!):

On Tuesday June 30 there will be the Ultimate Great Canadian
Sleep Over!!

What is it you may ask?

Anyone in the ultimate community is invited to the new fields
for a party and campover prior to the Wednesday celebrations.

People are invited to bring fireworks, tents and beverages
and other necessary supplies to the new fields for an evening
of fun and patriotism (OK, OK there may be more fun than
patriotism but anything can happen!).

All are welcome and anyone can come so please join us for a
last look at the area before development.

There may be fireworks available for purchase at the store
at the last corner in Manotick Station.

There is a map to the new fields on the OCUA web site.

Party starts around 8pm.

TOUR INFO:

Yes TOUR is coming we have just had some technical
difficulties, but to avoid delay in the next issue send in
your articles now.

The deadline is July 12.

Remember we are looking for articles on tip and tricks,
health, your team, how you see the season going, competitive
play, cheers, kudos, and anything else related to Ultimate.

I just got off the phone with our sponsor. He is looking to
sponsor more teams and he wanted me to put the word out for
him.

I know it's late in the season but if there are any teams
still without sponsorship Friends & Company on Rideau Street
is willing to sponsor them. Talk to John.

Friends & Company gave us $500 in sponsorship money.

Obviously since it's later in the season, the team wouldn't
get the full $500 now but F&C is pretty generous with the
sponsorship dollars.

CAR WASH:

Hey everyone. If you have a chance how about dropping by
McEwans gas station at 1063 Bank one of the next two
Saturdays for a Car Wash (9 to 2).

A hockey team that one (some?) of the Flamingo's play on
is holding a wash fundraiser.

Now is the time to remember how nice the Flamingos were last
Saturday when you wanted that beer.
