you want. The vacant room is the largest with its own adjoining 
small room and the front balcony. We are open to switching rooms
and might in any case the longer it remains open.

On a quite dead end street off Preston between Somerset and Gladstone.

Lots of storage space in the basement, lots of room in the house.
Main floor has living room, dining room, kitchen, and other room.
Big open ceilings.

Washer and drier in the basement.
No smoking, no cats please.
