Please refer to the tournament website (www.ocua.ca/nationals) for registration instructions. Team representatives are reminded that they are responsible for collecting and paying all team and individual fees on behalf of their players. Fees are $500 per team and $50 per player for open, women's, masters, and coed divisions. Fees are $300 per team and $30 per player for the juniors division. All CUPA memberships expire the day before Nationals and all players in the tournament must be CUPA members. Therefore the individual fee includes the $15 CUPA membership fee. Agenda: - Final payment of 'Player's fees ($50 per player, includes $15 CUPA fee) to be paid. Captain's are responsible for this payment and must collect from their team. - NO INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS PLEASE. ALL PARTICIPATING PLAYERS OF THE '13th CANADIAN NATIONALS' MUST PAY THIS. NO PAY, NO PLAY. - Team player roster to be handed in. (Players of these games will eat later) 7:30 pm Player's social at the Beer Tent (on site), DJ Thomas will be providing the tunes. Drum circle around bonfire. (Bring Drums) 10:30 pm Last Call 11:00 pm Site closes for evening. ================== FRIDAY AUGUST 20TH 9:00 am The games continue... 5:30 pm "All you can eat" buffet will be served for ALL registered Players and Volunteers. 6:00 pm "Showcase" Women's game.
