Free Women's Ultimate Clinic

Attention female ultimate players! We want to help you make a bigger impact on your teams. Join us for a free clinic where you will receive coaching on skills, as well as tips on strategy.

Our goal is to expand on your current knowledge, and steer you in the right direction so that you can continue to challenge yourself and grow as a player.

The format of the clinic will include: an introduction by the coaches, a group warm-up, a cycle of skill-specific coaching and drills, and then a scrimmage.

This clinic is open to ALL skill levels, and is offered in conjunction with the Sunday Women's Competitive Development League. Whether you're debating joining the league, or you are just interested in the clinic - we'd love to have you! This is also a great opportunity to bring a friend who enjoys ultimate and is keen to learn more.
