If you want to kept up to date with the latest concerning the Ottawa ultimate scene, join the Ultimate Happenings E-mail list. This bi-weekly E-newsletter announces leagues, tournaments, clinics and other important ultimate information. Contact Tony Argentina and ask to be put on the list.
