This year's Winter Indoor is almost upon us! OCUA has been able to secure more field time both at the Landsdowne Park Coliseum facility and at the Carleton Fieldhouse. This enables us to offer players a variety of nights and options that are outlined below.
**Players should be aware that the rental rates at the Coliseum have increased and as such player fees are higher than last year. That is beyond our control and fees have been kept as low as possible.


Competitive Wednesdays Coliseum
7:00pm-12:00am
4 game slots/night
Game length: 75 minutes
Season: TBD
Cost/player: TBD

This division is intended for competitive-level players currently playing for Touring teams as well as players who are interested in playing for Touring teams. It is a venue to hone and enhance advanced skills while
playing against others of a similar calibre. Suitable players will be handpicked by a group of competitive-level players. Those who are selected into the Competitive division are ineligible for the Advanced division.

The Competitive division will be run by Competitive players for Competitive players. Registration information for the Competitive division will be released separately by the competitive community.


Advanced
Tuesdays Coliseum
7:00pm-12:00am
4 game slots/night
Game length: 75 minutes
9 teams - 4:2 gender ratio
108 players - 72 men, 36 women
Season: 21 weeks - start date TBD
Cost/player: $225 - includes shirt

This division offers players who currently play at a high and competitive level a venue play against others of a similar calibre. 9 captains will be selected from those players that register for this division and those 9
captains, along with the coordinator(s), will choose who they deem to be the highest skilled players until there are no remaining player spots. The 9 captains will be selected from different high level playing circles to ensure that a variety of high-level players are chosen. Registration is
being done in this way to ensure that games in this division are at a high level. The Advanced division will be formed by Advanced players for Advanced players but run by a coordinator who will not play in the division.

Those who are selected into the Advanced division are ineligible for the Competitive division.


Rec
Tuesdays Carleton Fieldhouse
6:00pm-11:00pm
8 game slots/night
Game length: 75 minutes
18 teams - 4:2 gender ratio
216 players - 144 men, 72 women
Season: 17 weeks - starts Nov 4th, no games in December, ends March
30th
Cost/player: $150 - includes shirt

The Rec League is designed to meet the needs of players who emphasize participation, fitness, socializing and fun. Division participants may range from highly skilled to beginners but wish to play in a recreational atmosphere. Spots will be assigned in the order that registration is submitted. Beginners are encouraged to register in this division.

84 players - 56 men, 28 women
Season: 20 weeks - start date TBD
Cost/player: $225 - includes shirt

This is an open division that will accept any skill level. Spots will be assigned in the order that registration is submitted. Priority will be given to those not already registered in another division.


Open II

8:30pm-11:00pm
4 game slots/night
Game length: 75 minutes
9 teams - 4:2 gender ratio
108 players - 72 men, 36 women
Season: 16 weeks - starts Nov 6th, no games in December, ends April 1st
Cost/player: $150 - includes shirt

This is an open division that will accept any skill level. Spots will be assigned in the order that registration is submitted. Priority will be given to those not already registered in another division.

Open III Fridays Coliseum

3 game slots/night
Game length: 90 minutes
7 teams - 4:2 gender ratio
84 players - 56 men, 28 women
Season: 21 weeks - start date TBD
Cost/player: $150

This is an open division that will accept any skill level. Spots will be assigned in the order that registration is submitted. Priority will be given to those not already registered in another division.

Open IV Saturdays Coliseum

Game length: 90 minutes

84 players - 56 men, 28 women

Daytime Indoor
Wednesdays Carleton Fieldhouse
11:00am-1:00pm
2 game slots
Game length: 60 minutes
4 teams - gender ratio determined at registration
48-player maximum
Season: starts Nov 4th, no games in December, ends March 31st
Cost/player: $100 - does not include a shirt

This is an open division that will accept any skill level. Emphasis is on fun and exercise. Spots are filled in the order in which registration is submitted. Last year's daytime winter indoor saw approximately 9-10 players per team. Non-registering players are welcome to show up and sub onto existing teams. Non-roster players are expected to pay $6 each time
they show up to play, and are required to inform the coordinator (jan@calnan.com) of their attendance in advance.


Youth League I

Game length: 75 minutes
8 teams - gender ratio determined at registration
Ages: 13-16 (exceptions can be made)
96 players
Season: 8 weeks - starts Nov 6th, no games in December, last game on
Feb 5th
Cost/player: $65 including a shirt

8 teams - gender ratio determined at registration
Ages: 13-16 (exceptions can be made)
96 players
Season: 8 weeks - starts Feb 12th, last game on April 1st
Cost/player: $65 including a shirt

This is an open division that will accept any skill level. Emphasis is on fun, exercise and learning. Spots are filled in the order in which registration is received. Each team will have 2 experienced adult coaches. Full details available here.
