The Ottawa-Carleton Ultimate Association is offering indoor youth ultimate this winter. There will be two 8 week sessions that will run contiguously. The cost for each session is $65 per player, including a shirt. There is room for 96 players in each session. See details below:

| Ages: | 13-16 (exceptions can be made) |
| Session 1: | Starts Nov 6th, no games in December, last game on Feb 5th |
| Session 2: | Starts Feb 12th, last game on April 1st |
This is an open division with an emphasis on fun, exercise and development that will accept any skill level. Spots are filled in the order in which registration is received. Each team will have 2 experienced adult coaches. Preliminary registration can be done by e-mailing youthindoor@ocua.ca
Also, please download and complete the registration forms (Word) and bring them, along with your cheque payable to the Ottawa-Carleton Ultimate Association, to your first game (November 6th for session 1 and February 12th for session 2) along with payment. If you wish to play both sessions, register for both and if there is space, you will be informed by return e-mail.
