Crank's Goalti Tourney

Crank is fresh onto the competitive scene and working hard to represent Ottawa as its Elite Mixed Team.

The team is full of goaltimate (goalti) aficionados and we can be found pushing each other to our limits on Saturday mornings with fast-paced, competitive games of goalti. We love it so much, we thought we would share it with players from across Ottawa.

Please join us for Ottawa’s first ever goaltimate clinic and hat tournament at Lynda Lane on Saturday, August 10 (10-2). Never played goalti before? That’s okay – we are all rookies over at Crank too!

The first hour of the day will be a targeted goalti clinic. We will explain the rules and run a few drills that should help you dominate the competition.

Over the next three hours you will put those skills to the test with a full on goalti tournament. Goalti is sub-on-the-fly and very fast paced, so we think after three hours of intense play everyone will be ready to rest.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

1. COACHED goalti drills and strategy from competitive ultimate players with experience playing goalti
2. SIX to SEVEN GAMES (20 minutes each – goalti games are short, you’ll see why!) of coed, 4v4 goaltimate (4 round robin games and then playoffs)
3. NEW FRIENDS and a change to win the inaugural Goalti Trophy

Price: early bird rate of $25 until July 15; $30 per player after that (HST included)
