YOUTH (u13) & JUNIOR ULTIMATE (u17)
Coached by elite-level coaches with competitive experience, these weekly practices and scrimmages are designed for youth and junior players with a desire to improve their skills in this sport. Players are separated into divisions of varying skill and experience, and each night includes targeted drills and a coached scrimmage. We encourage friends to sign-up together for both the training and to further enhance their game.

Jeremy has been a part of the Ultimate community since he started playing in 2013. Having been apart of the Canadian U23, U24 and Senior National team, he brings elite level Ultimate experience to OCUA. His previous work experience in youth programming provides many transferable skills to help grow Ultimate at the youth level in Ottawa.
