Pre-season Rules clinics

Clinics will be held in the Amphitheatre of the Heron Road Community Centre (1480 Heron Road, Ottawa, K1V 6A5). Doors open at 6:30pm, and clinics will start at 6:45pm. We are aiming for 1h45 each, depending on questions from the audience. Bring paper, pen, and a rules book (rules books will be given to all teams at the Captain's meeting on April 22nd).

  • Tuesday May 6th - clinic for beginner/intermediate (first year Rules Keepers or lower tier Rules Keepers / players)
  • Thursday May 8th - clinic for beginner/intermediate (first year Rules Keepers or lower tier Rules Keepers / players)
  • Monday May 12th - clinic for intermediate/advanced (returning and higher tier Rules Keepers / players)
If you are representing more than one team, please check all the appropriate nights of play.
