OCUA is proud to offer multiple choices for your Ultimate summer! Sign up now and get your summer spinning. Choose from coed leagues with team registration 5 nights a week. You can also register as an individual or with a friend! Check out our specialty leagues such as the u29 League, central Social Leagues, and the Sunday 5v5 League.

Being a captain is awesome!

This year's captains package has incredible swag! Captains will receive an item from our partners Daredevil Discs and BE Ultimate - the captain or a representative must attend the meeting to receive this swag. Come to our Captains Meeting on April 23rd at the Jim Durrell Recreation Centre to learn about what's new in the league, grab a drink, check out our partners and win prizes!

NEW for 2019: All coed teams will be required to have at least one male & one female captain.  New gender ratio rules to be tested fall 2019.

All players in OCUA coed leagues and members of the Competitive Alliance will be required to have a paid annual membership. See more information: https://www.ocua.ca/Membership
