Youth Programs & Leagues

Wednesday GN2 Program (Ages 7-17)

  • Designed for Girls, Non-Binary, or Two Spirited players
  • Will include skill development and game play
  • Field Location: Carleton University
  • Time Slots: 6:00-7:30 pm
  • First Night: November 13th
  • Last Night: April 2nd
  • Date Exemptions: Dec 4,11,18,25, Jan 1, 8
  • Number of Weeks: 15
  • Individual Fee: $300

Wednesday Recreational Program (Ages 7-13)

  • Will include skill development and game play
  • Field Location: Ben Franklin
  • Time Slots: 6:00-7:00 pm
  • First Night: November 6th
  • Last Night: April 30th
  • Date Exemptions: Dec 25, Jan 1
  • Number of Weeks: 25
  • Individual Fee: $480 

Wednesday 15/17U Just-Play REC Program (Ages 14-17)

  • Will only include game play
  • Field Location: Orleans Dome
  • Time Slots: 8:30 - 9:30 pm
  • First Night: November 6th 
  • Last Night: April 30th
  • Date Exemptions: Dec 4, 11, 18, 25, Jan 1, 8
  • Number of Weeks: 16
  • Individual Fee: $200 (+HST for Ages 16-17)

Sunday REC Program (Ages 7-17)

  • Will include skill development and game play
  • Field Location: uOttawa Lees Dome
  • Time Slots: 8:00-9:00 am
  • First Night: December 1st
  • Last Night: April 13th
  • Date Exemptions: Dec 29
  • Number of Weeks: 19
  • Individual Fee: $380 (+HST for Ages 16-17)

Sunday 15/17U Just-Play REC Program (Ages 7-17)

  • Will only include game play
  • Field Location: uOttawa Lees Dome
  • Time Slots: 9:00-10:00 am
  • First Night: December 1st
  • Last Night: April 13th
  • Date Exemptions: Dec 29
  • Number of Weeks: 16
  • Individual Fee: $237.50 (+HST for Ages 16-17)

Sunday 15/17U REC Just-Play COMBO Program (Ages 7-17)

  • Included the 8-9 am Rec program & 9-10 am Just-Play Program
  • Field Location: uOttawa Lees Dome
  • Time Slots: 9:00-10:00 am
  • First Night: December 1st
  • Last Night: April 13th
  • Date Exemptions: Dec 29
  • Number of Weeks: 16
  • Individual Fee: $500 (+HST for Ages 16-17)
    * Savings of $117.50

Sunday Advanced Junior 5v5 SOTF (2011-2006)

  • Designed for players who played competitively during the 2024 season or were part of the Summer Development program.
  • Field Location: Orleans Dome
  • Time Slots: 1.5 hour time slot between 5-9pm. Still TBD. 
  • First Night: November 3rd
  • Last Night: December 29
  • Date Exemptions: Nov 24
  • Number of Weeks: 8
  • Individual Fee $200 (+HST for Ages 16-17)

Sunday Intermediate & Advanced Program in partnership with OJCUP

  • Designed for players who played competitively during the 2024 season or were part of the Summer Development program. Players who wish to play competitively in summer 2025 are welcome to apply.
  • Registration will include an application. Players will be accepted into either the Intermediate or Advanced Level. All players not accepted, will have the option for a full refund or credit on their OCUA account. 
  • Field Location: Orleans Dome
  • Time Slots: 5:00-7:00 pm or 7:00 - 9:00 pm
  • First Night: January 5th
  • Last Night: March 16th 
  • Date Exemptions: March 2
  • Number of Weeks: 10
  • Individual Fee: $325 (+HST for Ages 16-17)
