Women's Summer League

Women's league is an excellent point of entry for new women players to join our sport or for women looking to rejoin Ultimate after having a break. More experienced players offer mentorship and guidance, while challenging each other to improve. Teams are shuffled every week, so there is always an opportunity to meet and play with new people, while there is also an option to request to play with a specific friend. There is no score keeping, and tunes are always blasting. The focus is always on learning, developing, and having fun! We focus on touches and we get to play with all different players and make new connections. Each week means new captains, and anybody who is interested can try being a captain for a week. We are led exclusively by women. Coaching is available if interested as we often have former and current competitive women who participate in each of the seasons, who do on-field coaching and answer any questions players may have.
