Winter Development Program

OCUA is pleased to offer the OCUA 2024 Winter Development Program - designed in partnership with the Ottawa Juniors Competitive Ultimate Program (OJCUP) to support and develop competitive players in their Ultimate journey.  This program, lead by OJCUP and OCUA coaches, will be an excellent opportunity to refine and develop your ultimate skills and overall fitness in advance of the 2024 Summer Ultimate season.
 
Please note, this is not a beginner program, it is designed for players who already have experience playing ultimate and want to take their game to the next level. Applications are open to anyone born 2006-2011 who is interested in applying, however, ultimate skill and experience will be the main criteria for acceptance into each group. Limited spots available.

If accepted, your session time will be dependent on the group you are assigned to.

Timeslot Session 1: 9:00am-10:30am
Session 2: 10:30am-12:00pm
