2024-Development Program for Youth & Junior

OCUA's Development Program (formerly Summit) has been revamped for the 2024 season! This program is for the intermediate player level. In order to keep the level of play at an intermediate level, OCUA reserves the right to remove players who do not meet the level of the group and are best suited in one of OCUA's recreational leagues. Any player who does not meet the intermediate level is guaranteed a spot in an alternative recreational youth and junior program. 

The Development Program is open to all genders. 

The Development Program will feature twice a week practices and scrimmages designed for players with a desire to improve skills towards a more competitive level of play. The program will focus on individual skill development as well as team-based knowledge. Players will have the opportunity to work towards scrimmages and potential tournament(s) near the end of the season (TBD - The OCUA team is working to secure some tournament options to enhance the program).

OCUA is looking to have (1-2) lead coaches with a group of supporting coaches. This coaching team will ensure consistency, dedication and a sense of teamwork between athletes.
