2024/2025 Sunday Junior REC Program

Welcome to the 2024/2025 Winter Junior REC Sunday Program! Register your child(ren) today for our Youth & Junior Program and they'll enjoy (19) weeks of activity & exercise with friends, meet new teammates, and develop themselves physically, mentally, and socially along the way. With weekly skill development and gameplay by trained and supportive coaches, playing Ultimate is a great way to enjoy the Winter. As always, we encourage friends to sign-up together.

Field Location uOttawa Lees Field (200 Lees Avenue)
Format All youth programs will consist of 50% instruction (skills & drills) 50% scrimmages. 
Divisions 15U & 17U
Refunds OCUA's Refund Policy is in effect for all Winter 2024/2025 leagues.
