OCUA relies on coordinators to help manage its adult leagues and act as an ambassador for captains and players. They are the first contact for players and this role facilities communication between members and staff.
- Email communications from league
- Monitor Spirit of the Game in league
- The first line of communication for incident reports
- Create initial standings for leagues with full teams
- Attend scheduled meetings
- For Summer and Fall seasons, create schedules in a timely manner
- For the Winter season:
- Coordinators create hat teams based on pairing requests and skill level
- Watch first two weeks of games to see if trades need to be made to ensure parity
- Give out playoff prizes, jerseys and take a picture of the winning team
Perks: Each coordinator receives a pre-registration of their choice to an indoor league (non transferable and at an individual cost).
