Competitive Junior

If you are between the ages of 14 and 18 years old and you love Ultimate, you might be interested in playing on one of Ottawa’s Junior Competitive Ultimate teams! Wicked (women) and Ignite (open) are Ottawa’s premier junior teams, representing the city in local, regional and national tournaments.

Tryouts for 2014 will be held at Hillcrest High School (1900 Dauphine Rd) on March 30th, 4-6pm and April 8th 8-10 pm. All junior players are encouraged to attend both tryouts, if only for the experience. By signing up to attend tryouts, you will get the chance to practice twice a week (days and locations to be announced in Spring), receive lots of great individual coaching, participate in weekend tournaments, meet new people and make lasting friendships… overall, have an amazing summer experience!

The 2014 season promises many great opportunities: highly experienced coaches, local tournaments, Ontario Regional competitions, and the possibility to attend the Canadian National Junior Championships in August!
