2012 OCUA AGM - Documents

OCUA NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE AGM Proxy Form and BOD Elections Ballot Forms September 17, 2012.   Please find attached three documents for the 2012 AGM. The three documents are: the 2011 AGM Minutes, the 2012 Agenda, and the 2012 Proxy Form. Please note that if you intend to vote in person at the AGM (Sept 25, 7:00pm at 1755 Merivale Road), we will have copies of the ballot ready for you - no need to print extras. If you do plan on attending, please get some team mates to fill out proxies! Hope to see you all at the AGM.
