Monday 5 x 5, Switch on the fly

Back for another year after a successful trial run, 5 on 5 is a fast paced game where the play never stops. Players can tag in or tag out in their substituation zone while the game is in progress. To read the rules for this league please check out the OCUA Specific League Rules HERE.

This league is a recreational league. All players, regardless of skill level are welcome to play, learn the game, and have fun.

Where: Hornet's Nest Superdome Sports Center
When: April 7 - May 5, 2014 (5 weeks)
Game slots: 9:00 to 11:00 pm
Game length: 60 minutes
Field Size: 92' x 176'
Teams: 4 teams of twelve, 5 vs 5, Co-ed: 3/2 ratio.

48 spaces available - Individual or pair entry only.

REGISTRATION & COSTS

Cost until February 10th, 2014:  $59.00 per player (includes HST)

Cost after February 10th, 2014: $65.00 per player (includes HST)

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 10th, 2014 to AVOID 10% LATE FEE

REFUND POLICY

  • $25 administration fee will be charged on all cancellations requested up to 3 weeks prior to the start of the league. After this time, no refunds are provided.
  • OCUA reserves the right to ask any player to leave. If requested to leave, prorated fees less the $25 administration fee may be provided at the discretion of OCUA.
  • Under no other circumstances will refunds be provided.

Space on all nights is limited and is on a first paid first served basis. No reservations are accepted via e-mail. Only a completed registration with payment will confirm your spot in the league.
