Youth and Junior Coach Application Form

OCUA is looking for volunteer Coaches to improve the quality of our youth and junior leagues. As a coach your responsibilities will include demonstrating and leading your team in functional drills, explanation and demonstration of rules, and collaborating with other volunteer coaches to maximize the enjoyment of the league.
