The Nepean Youth Ultimate Frisbee League will be holding the 2nd Annual Canada Day Weekend Youth Ultimate Frisbee Fest - Monday, July 1st at 6:30pm at Ben Franklin Park (180 Knoxdale Rd.Ottawa, Ontario).

Everyone is welcome, whether or not your child plays in the Youth Ultimate League. This is an opportunity to invite family, friends and neighbours in order to introduce them to the game of Ultimate Frisbee.

We'll set up some games (Cups, Flutterguts), have some challenges and contests (disc golf, accuracy, hucking, diving) with scrimmages and pick-up as well!
