Fall league cap on turf field

Hi

For the fall league someone told me that we simply continue to play until the time cap instead of stopping once one team hits 15, is this true? If it is, is it just for some fields (eg. Hillcrest) or for every field? And does it apply to Sunday morning games as well? I've tried looking on the OCUA site and can't find anything about it.
