Each clinic (2 hours session) is now $10 for every participant. Select all the clinics you wish to attend in the form below, and send your payment by money transfer at moneytransfer@ocua.ca You can also send a cheque, but space is very limited, and spots will be confirmed upon reception of payment.

Make sure you attend the clinic(s) you are confirmed in, so that no place will stay vacant. No refunds will be issued under any circonstance once you signed up.
