Pick Call and Impact

could you please advise:

1- a pick is called that doesn't affect the play

2- the thrower doesn't hear and throws the disc to teammate1

3 - teammate1 who also did not hear the pick call also throws to teammate2, the disc is dropped does the continuation rule mean that the disc goes back to teammate1, with the offense retaining possession?

is the result different if there are more passes before the drop?

is the result different if the pass at #3 was affected by the pick call?
