On a more serious note... (volunteers and organizers kudos)

Being my 3rd year in Parity League now, I have to say that there are often Week 1 kinks with the tablets and player names and statkeeping that slow the game down or cause delays. This is a normal and accepted part of getting the league setup for the rest of the season.

That said, last night there was hardly any issues in my game and I wanted to give a shout out to the organizers and volunteers for not only having everything running smoothly (at least from my perspective) but also giving themselves up as potential sacrificial lambs to the impatience of salary trolls wanting the game to progress faster (they also seemed somewhat absent last night).

Kudos!

And I think it bears mentioning in as many places as possible, as I know there's another thread on this, but if you want to give back to this awesome league, sign up to volunteer! Don't be afraid to statskeep. Generally there's enough people around to help and if you make a note that it's your first time, I'm sure arrangements can be made to get you trained up. We always statkeep in 2s after all. Here's the link: https://goo.gl/gfPdCr

I can't wait for the day when Hadrian and Adrienne keep stats together.

Thanks Amos!

Also we're constantly trying to make stats keeping easier so if you have feedback about it either from the field or as the stats keeper let me or Kenzie know and we'll see what we can do about it.
