Captains can use the “Captain's Clause” before the game begins to include or exclude any of the rule variants (except for time cap)

Indoor Leagues (if applicable): Monday Team League, Wednesday Carleton League, Thursday SuperLadder
Stall Count: 10
Gender Ratio: 3:2
Halftime: 3 minutes at midway point of your timeslot.
Timeouts: 1 per half. No timeouts in the last 5 minutes.
Restrictions on Scoring: A point cannot be scored on the 1st pass after a point has just been scored (i.e. endzone to endzone). If thrown and completed, player with disc retains possession and moves it to the front of the endzone.
Substitutions: Captains and hat-team players should try to find a substitute of similar skill.
Playoffs: Yes – substitutions during playoffs are only allowed if a team’s roster falls below 75% and must be approved by the opposing captain. Rosters will be locked 2 weeks prior to playoffs. Playoff games cannot end in a tie. If out of time and the score is tied, the team with the higher seed wins.
