Youth & Junior Summer Camps

Layout into the exciting world of Ultimate Frisbee at our action packed summer camps!

Designed for players of all skill levels, our camps focus on developing athletic abilities, teamwork and a love for the game in the great outdoors. Participants will learn the fundamentals of throwing, catching and strategic gameplay while mastering the unique 'Spirit of the Game' that makes Ultimate so special.

Led by experienced coaches, each day will include dynamic drills, team-building activities and spirited games to improve skills and foster a sense of camaraderie. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the ropes or an experienced player aiming to refine your skills, our camps offer something for everyone.

OCUA camps will run 9:00am-4:00pm. Partnership camps may have slightly different times. We ask parents to drop-off/pick-up as close to those times as possible.

Camps will run rain or shine and only be cancelled/delayed due to thunder/lightning.

Cancellation: OCUA will provide a refund up to two (2) weeks before the start of camp.

June 30 - July 4 (OCUA Camp)

Full-day Ultimate Frisbee camp for youth aged 7-14. This camp is suitable for all skill levels. There will be a mix of skill development, games and scrimmages! (Except July 1)

Location: Brantwood Park (39 Onslow Cres)

July 7 - 11 (Dovercourt Partnership Camp)

In partnership with Dovercourt Recreation Centre, this full-day camp for youth aged 8-12, will include a split of Ultimate skill development and camp activities/games suitable for all skill levels. 

Location: Dovercourt Recreation Centre (411 Dovercourt Ave) and  Field nearby.

Please note, registration for this camp will be done through the Dovercourt website and will open January 15, 2025 at 8:00am.

July 14 - 18 (OCUA Camp)

Full-day Ultimate Frisbee camp for youth aged 7-14. This camp is suitable for all skill levels. There will be a mix of skill development, games and scrimmages!

July 21 - 25 (Code Ninjas Partnership Camp)

Get ready for the Ultimate blend of active fun and brain-boosting creativity! In partnership with Code Ninjas, this unique full-day camp for youth aged 7-14 will include the fast-paced excitement of Ultimate with the tech-savvy adventures of coding. Campers will experience the best of both worlds, balancing outdoor physical activities with indoor coding challenges. 

Location: Code Ninjas Barrhaven (34 Highbury Park Dr, Unit 9C) and Field nearby.

July 28 - August 1 (OCUA Camp)

Full-day Ultimate Frisbee camp for youth aged 7-14. This camp is suitable for all skill levels. There will be a mix of skill development, games and scrimmages!

August 18 - 22 (Dovercourt Partnership Camp)
