I was wondering who, if any, could replace and keep us updated on league going ons. Then Gefford posted his podcast. I believe he is correct in thinking that we cannot only rely on him or Keats, who can’t stay in the country more then 3 weeks, to keep us updated on each weeks greatness and sadness. So I am looking for volunteers, or people to be voluntold to do so for us.
people I recommend are:
Jon Rowe, a player of underrated height and skill, just looking to sub more. Who is quick with a joke or to light up your smoke?
Brian Perry, he is playing every game anyway, he should have some good insight to what train wrecks happened.
Adam “McBeardface” MacDonald, since he is score keeping as much as Brian is playing, he can explain the stats to Gefford.
Heather Wallace, along with keeping beardface inline, she is there scouting trade options.
Any other are suggestions welcome, excluding Momma J and Sully, as their podcast has also dropped off

My voice is annoying enough live
It gets all scratchy and high pitched on the mic. My teenage-boy-in-puberty tone doesn't match the NPR vibe of the podcast... As such I nominate sleepy Owen Lumley.

No podcast
You don’t need to do the podcast replacement, you can take over for Keats and hide behind a keyboard

Is Sleepy Owen just Stephen
Is Sleepy Owen just Stephen as well?
Also, I think we can fix most of the pubescence in post. Just look for whatever vocal filters Geoffeofford is using.

Like most people, I like to voluntold others: Matthew Schijns (sp?) did a fantastic summary of a Parity night's play once. It was fun, funny and full of "facts". More! More!

Why do I have to look after Adam?!
Why am I the one keeping Adam in line?! This is what they mean when they women take on the majority of emotional labour in the home!!!!
(Just kidding! If you want to see me rail against the patriarchy, please refer to the 3:3 league thread!)

I said you keep Adam in line
I said you keep Adam in line more as a superior, regardless of gender, much like the Sgts I had in the army did with me. I did read the 3:3 thread and found it insightful and well worded. Also since you may have the patience of a saint to do it without hurting him, either physically, mentally, or emotionally

Smart
Allan Godding can testify this is the safest strategy. You may still want to sleep with one eye open, though.

Supervision
Why do i need supervision? I can almost take care of myself and this 1 time i took care of a sick person who did not die.
Also i can kind of type understandable messages now.

Can one of you people spell my name right?
And by "you people" I mean only you, Simon Berry. You've been seeing it for four years now. I take the time to get your name right, week in week out (minus a small recent hiatus).

Autocorrect?
I would like to blame autocorrect for my mistakes, but I can’t and won’t. We have played against and know each other for more then 4 years, and that’s why I will not spell your name correctly Keats. That and you not letting us know when you will be on hiatus so someone else can take over for you

Our Bard
Come on Keatese take it as an homage to Shakespeare for in this forum thou art our immortal bard.
(Shakespeare spelled his name differently on various works and so did many editors till the 20th century)

Wowsers or Laura Story. They funny. Heather Wallace/Godding also has my vote. Keates, your posts are missed.
