Next Session Team Selection

Based on the recent poll taken on the current Parity draft system there will be significant changes to answer the most prevelant criticisms.

It was just announced on Slack that next session teams will be theme based, with players self-selecting their team based on personal fit.

Teams are:

1. Critically Hit (for those interested in statistics and/or dungeons and dragons)

2. Swipe Right (singles only)

3. Team Nice

4. Team Thinks They're Nice

5. Mansplainers (if you have the time and need an explanation on this theme, please feel free to ask the Chris of your choice.)

6. Asian-Canadian All Stars

7. Pew Pew (players and parents who are "shooting blanks', however that's considered)

8. Team Insufferable

I'm grateful I can play for at least teams 3, 4, and 7 this session (definitely being drafted by 8 though).

While I could easily fit on most of these rosters, I'd like to apply for Asian-Canadian All Stars. While I'm not an "all star" on the field, I've been known to pull my weight behind a tablet and keyboard. Also, my asian credentials are at least as solid as Amos!

My plan is to play for team 6 and 8 but only for their matchup. So that when I violate every rule in the book and people call me out on it, I just call them racist.
