We invite any players interested in competitive Senior Ultimate to fill out the application form below.

Senior Mixed Teams: Crank, Leverage, Torque
Senior Open Teams: Phoenix, Bhoenix, Cnix
Senior Women's Teams: Stella, OZ

$0 - Not Able to Attend (Out of town)
$50 - Single Gender OR Mixed Gender (Minimum 2 Tryouts)
$100 - Single Gender AND Mixed Gender (Minimum 4 Tryouts)
